About the Role
Fusionpact, an NVIDIA Incepted Partner, is on a mission to bridge the significant divide between academic theory and industry execution. Through our Aixcelerator Program, sponsored by Fusionpact, A Nvidia incepted partner and in partnership with hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, and GCP, we are grooming the next generation of AI talent.
We are looking for high-caliber individuals—coding champions, academic researchers, and skilled women engineers—who don't just want to "learn" AI, but want to master the art of teaching it for the real world.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Assistance & Delivery Support
Assist in delivering sessions on Python programming, Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Learning models, Data Science workflows, and industry practices.
Break down ML concepts into simple, easy-to-understand explanations with examples.
Support hands-on labs, coding exercises, and project walkthroughs.
2. Curriculum & Content Development
Contribute to developing training modules for AI/ML, Data Science, Model Deployment, MLOps basics, and Cloud concepts.
Help build mini-projects, datasets, notebooks, and capstone workflows used by learners.
3. Mentorship & Learner Support
Guide students in solving coding challenges, debugging ML models, and understanding algorithms.
Provide feedback on assignments, GitHub submissions, and project milestones.
Support learner performance tracking and maintaining progress reports.
4. Program Coordination & Execution
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth training operations.
Assist in coordinating assessments, evaluations, internship readiness checks, and report preparation.
Engage learners, resolve queries, and maintain a high-quality learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-8 years of academic or practical experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Python programming, or Technical Training (internships, projects, freelance teaching included).
Strong knowledge of Python, NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn.
Basic understanding of TensorFlow or PyTorch, Neural Networks, and ML model building.
Familiarity with MLOps fundamentals, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent background in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or related fields.
Preferred Attributes
Experience teaching, mentoring, or conducting workshops (college clubs, bootcamps, MOOCs, etc.).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Passion for AI/ML education, coaching, and developing early-career talent.
Unmatched Learning & Growth Opportunities
This role is designed as a professional bridge. While you help others learn, you will be immersed in an environment that transforms your theoretical expertise into industry-grade mastery.
1. Master the "Last Mile" of AI (MLOps & Deployment)
Move beyond training models in Jupyter Notebooks. You will learn how to take a model from a local environment to a production-ready state using:
CI/CD Pipelines for Machine Learning.
Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
Model Monitoring and drift detection—the skills that separate "students" from "engineers."
2. Elite Cloud & Hardware Ecosystems
Gain hands-on exposure to the infrastructure that powers the modern AI revolution:
NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) Insights: Leverage our status as an NVIDIA Incepted Partner to understand GPU-accelerated computing.
Hyperscaler Proficiency: Get practical experience across AWS (SageMaker), Azure (Azure ML), and GCP (Vertex AI), learning how to architect solutions that scale globally.
3. Close the "Academia-to-Industry" Gap
For those from an academic background, this is your laboratory for relevance. You will learn:
How to translate complex mathematical theories into business value.
Industry coding standards, version control (Git) best practices, and collaborative software development.
How to design curriculum that meets the actual hiring needs of top-tier tech firms.
4. High-Stakes Technical Communication
Develop the "Soft Power" of a Technical Lead:
Refine your articulation and presentation skills by breaking down cutting-edge research papers for engineering audiences.
Learn Mentorship Leadership, a critical skill for moving into Senior Engineering or L&D Management roles.
5. Networking with Industry Titans
Work at the intersection of Fusionpact and our global partners. You won’t just be an intern; you will be part of an ecosystem involving engineers and architects from the world's leading cloud and AI companies.
What You Will Get
Paid stipend during the internship.
PPO opportunity based on performance.
Hands-on learning in Python, ML, DL, MLOps & real-world projects.
Mentorship from experienced AI/ML engineers & trainers.
Opportunity to build a strong portfolio + teaching experience.
