Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior SAP Supply Chain (MM) Consultant to deliver application support services, including complex incident resolution, change management, problem-solving, and system enhancements. This role involves improving practices and documentation in SAP Supply Chain domains, including plant maintenance, inventory management, and production execution, along with integration with partner systems. You will also guide junior team members and ensure support levels meet management and user expectations.
Business Skills:
- Strong business process understanding in SAP Supply Chain domain (SAP Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory Management).
- Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance is a strong advantage.
- Experience with SAP BI data reporting.
- Experience working in large international companies and global teams.
IT Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP IT application support and delivery in SAP MM & Ariba.
- Handling incidents, root-cause analysis, system customizing, testing, and transport management.
- System enhancements and collaboration with ABAP developers.
- S4 HANA and FIORI experience.
- Experience with SAP system integrations (RFC/iDocs/XML files).
- Understanding integration with SAP SD, PM, PP, and QM modules.
- Experience with Service Desk ticketing tools like ServiceNow and JIRA.
Required IT Skills:
- SAP MM configuration: PRs, POs, Release Strategy, GR, SES, RFQs, Contracts, etc.
- SAP PR / PO / Contract Workflow Management.
- Print-out forms management.
- Fiori apps activation and enhancements.
